Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Inivate collects when you visit inivate.ai or contact us through it, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, because none of the conditions in Article 37 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to us.

What we process, why, and for how long

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions or build profiles about you.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies unless you accept analytics. If you do, Google Analytics sets these:

Your choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage under the name inivate-consent-v1. It is not a cookie and is never sent to us or anyone else.

You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops and the cookies above are deleted; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal.

Who else handles the data

We use Google as our service provider, acting on our behalf under its data processing terms:

• Google Cloud hosts the website, in the europe-west1 region (Belgium), and keeps the server logs.
• Google Workspace handles our email.
• Google Calendar provides the booking page behind "Book a 15-minute conversation".
• Google Analytics measures site use, only if you accept analytics cookies. We have turned off Google signals and advertising features.

The site links to our LinkedIn page but does not embed it. When you follow that link, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Google may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, or otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or give it to you in a portable format. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@inivate.ai. We answer within one month, free of charge.

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority:
